We just had the ACE crew come for duct cleaning, vent cleaning and sanitization of all the supply runs. Jason, the project foreman, and his assistant Raul, were extremely courteous as well as knowledgeable. They took the necessary time to do a thorough job, and made sure everything had been cleaned up before leaving. It was not easy task for them to maneuver into all the tight places where our many vents were located, yet they were happy to do whatever it took to accomplish the job. And it was a job well done! Andrew from ACE home heating & Air came today to do a check up on our system. He did a great job cleaning and checking our system. I appreciate that he took his time explaining our system and what to look out for. We purchased the package for ACE to return to our home in the spring of 2024. I will always call ACE for issues i have with my HVAC. For 3 years, i lived with only 3 of 13 air vents working. had paid multiple companies/handymen to diagnose / fix it. I got an ad in the mail for ACE and decided to try to get things fixed again. So glad I did. Thankyou Duke for knowing what the problem was! And to Raul and Juan for working all day to replace all the ducting under the house ( THEY DID NOT EVEN TAKE A LUNCH BREAK!) . It was expensive, but so worth it because i will not be freezing all winter!!
