I have been to many gyms in my fitness journey, but none compare to the incredible experience I've had at HBTF. From the moment I walked in, I knew this place was special. First and foremost, the atmosphere at HBTF is unparalleled. It's not your typical commercial gym; it feels more like a tight-knit family. The positive and welcoming vibe is contagious, and it's one of the reasons I'm willing to drive 40 minutes just to work out there. Everyone wants to reach their goals but they don't put themselves in the best environment to do so. If you're serious about getting in shape or losing weight in 2024 be sure to check out HBTF. It's the perfect gym with the best trainers and owner in the game! The members here truly take pride in the place they workout..you'll never find un racked weights or a dirty anything. Surround yourself with people that have the same goals & work ethic!

I’ve been training with Leesa at HBTF since April and honestly it’s been a game changer, my attitude towards fitness has changed so much. Leesa designs workouts for my body and my goals and I am loving my progress and having her as a trainer so much . The gym is always clean and management is always so nice love it here.
