I recently took my 9-year-old son to the pediatric dentist Dr. Ordway and orthodontist Dr. Martin, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience he had! From the moment we arrived Maria and Yvette were friendly and professional staff Ernesto and Sara went out of their way to make him feel comfortable and at ease.
During the procedure, Dr. Ordway was incredibly patient, gentle, and always checking in to make sure he was comfortable. They explained each step in a way he could understand, which really helped ease any anxiety he might have had. He left with a big smile and even talked about how “cool” the experience was afterward! I appreciated the customer service and especially the gentleness and care of the hygienist. However, the billing dept wanted to charge me $50 for preventative dental cleaning until I challenged them about my coverage…something I didn’t like having to do.
We had a wonderful experience at Grove Dental. Dr. Anna is the best pediatric dentist! My daughter was treated with so much care and kindness. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.
