Gentle Genie & Magic Rug Cleaners did an excellent job on our Persian rug. The rug absorbed a lot of brown dirty water from an upstairs unit that had a bathroom leak. Gentle Genie's rug cleaning process resulted in a very clean and almost shiny look with our rug! We are very pleased with Gentle Genie. They were easy to work with from the start of the process to the end. We would like to say thank you very much to Eric who was very flexible in the pick-up and return delivery as he accommodated our timeline. Overall service was OUTSTANDING. We highly recommend them, and we will surely use their services again!

We have an area rug that had some heavy traffic areas showing and unfortunately some blood from an accident I had. Gentle Genie picked up our rug and made it look brand new! They’re very professional and do fantastic work.
