Great friendly and professional service. Techs were experienced and took time to explain the process. We had carpet and grout cleaning. Outcome was amazing and the best cleaning I have had from any previous company. I would not use anyone else in the future and would highly recommend First Class to family and friends. Customer service gets an A+ for returned call, timeliness and clean-up. By the way, our carpet is light beige and high quality. You can trust this company!!
Absolutely wonderful experience. I purchased my home a couple years ago and have a small galley kitchen whose tiles I just couldn’t get completely clean on my own. Some places didn’t want to take the job bc it was smaller. First Class Floor Care was reasonably priced and did a great job. I don’t think I the previous owner had ever done a deep clean bc I had no idea the tile grout was brick colored until today. Quick, on time, even got down on his hands and knees to get the parts the machine couldn’t.
I just want to give a shout out for First Class Floor Care. My carpet had not been cleaned in 6 years due to tenants living there that did not maintain it. I had yellow and rust colored stains on the carpet. Rick took his time, he was there for 3 hours, and he got all the stains out - so awesome! He even went back over a few areas after he was done to make sure they were removed. Rick is knowledgeable, friendly and he does an excellent job - he will be my "only" carpet care person I call from now on. If you need excellent carpet care, give Rick a call as I am sure you will be pleased with his services and fees!
