It was my first time coming here, and I’m so glad I did! I was a little concerned at first when there was some difficulty entering my name, but Kim quickly put my worries to rest with her talent and attention to detail. She delivered exactly what I wanted. She respected my wishes not to cut too much off the back and not to add layers, because I’m trying to grow my hair out evenly. As someone with thick, wavy hair, it can be really difficult to find someone who truly listens and respects those preferences.
