All the staff is nice but Rossy especially is a gem. They are quick, patient, and give me exactly what I want, and always try to get me the best deal and let me know about specials and coupons that are being offered. Going here for about 3 years now, great service all around ?
I had a great experience. I didn’t my stylists name but she was super sweet and she completely understood what I wanted for my hair. I wanted a trim and she did exactly that without pushing me to chop off more like other places do. I love my haircut, thank you so much! Highly recommend!
Updated review: I went back to Fantastic Sam's and had Debbie (store manager) this time for my hair. I wasn't sure what I needed, just that my hair needed a lot of love after 3 weeks of bed rest. She did an incredible job and made my hair soft and tame-able and bouncy again for a very reasonable cost. I'm totally requesting her again in 6 weeks!
