Don's Lock & Key

I am very pleased with today's service. The guy was kind, respectful, and knew exactly what he was doing. Great experience .
I would give more ⭐ ⭐ if I could.

“Justin” was a tremendous help from start to finish. He showed up a few minutes before the scheduled arrival time, and immediately went to work on my vehicle. Justin was professional, friendly and obviously very knowledgeable regarding cars. The battery was charged, and he even helped repair my “Power Button”, as my vehicle uses a fob to turn on. Justin did an excellent job, and I would recommend him for a raise if I worked for your organization. Keep up the great work folks!!

I was beyond impressed from the first moment I contacted this contacted. They immediately put my mind at ease after I accidentally locked my keys in the car. I appreciated their professionalism, their transparent pricing, and their speedy response time. When the locksmith arrived (Sam), his communication was awesome and it was very evident he’s highly skilled. He was able to unlock my vehicle quickly and he stuck around to make sure the electrical system was working perfectly before he left. Whomever hired Sam deserves a bonus! You have absolutely earned my business!
