I contacted Ben's Lock and Safe when two of my French door locks were in need of replacement. These are not your every day simple locks, and they were installed on several other doors by the builder of our home 15 years ago. The locks are controlled by the door handle and are inside the door. Carole came out and after very carefully measuring to determine the parts to order, was able to replace them and they are like new! We were able to avoid replacing the whole door, and the handles still match all the other doors.
