Cesar Leon and his team are hard workers and get the job done in record time. He has old fashioned work ethics, like "if you're going to do it, do it right" and "hard work is good for you". Also, his prices are reasonable. He's insured and bonded and will show you documents to prove it at your request. He was very reasonably priced compared to other estimates we got. We'd recommend CJL Construction any time! In fact, we're so pleased with their work, they're starting on another job for us soon.

Summary: Excellent contractor. Nearly always on site, supervising his crew. Any problems or concerns were quickly addressed. When I do my front yard I will definitely give him a call. We bought a newly constructed house in a new subdivision. Our backyard was just dirt with a slope in the back. We saw a backyard architect and had her put together a plan. We received several quotes for this plan, but Cesar's was the most fair. He had done several yards in our neighborhood and took us to see them, which were all beautiful. I want to commend Cesar and his team. They did an excellent job from the beginning of the project (backyard concrete) to the end. They were professional and very keen to details. I recommend CJL to anyone looking for a great contractor.
