I purchased a high security lock from from this business in 2021 to upgrade from the low security lock that came with my apartment door. They did a wonderful job and were very helpful and professionalFast forward two years later I was having problems with one of my keys fitting into the lock I called and spoke to Ben and told him the problem I was having he agreed to send someone out the following WednesdayCarol the owner showed up with another man and oiled my lock and mentioned that my key was slightly bend,she quickly had a new key made for me in their work truck.
