My dad passed away back in October and he had made previous arrangements with Arlington Cremation Services which my sister and I were thankful for. I couldn't imagine having to deal with the death of my dad and finding a place to take care of cremation. Anyways, once they picked my dad up from the morgue and brought him to the crematory my sister had called Arlington to see what the next steps were and how long it would be before we could pick his remains up. Whoever they had working there was so unhelpful and wouldn't return her calls. Finally I had enough and I called ready to say what was on my mind (which wasn't going to be nice) when Amy came on the phone. She was so kind and so apologetic. I could hear it in voice she had probably had a few families not so happy with the previous employee and most likely took it out on her. I instantly changed my attitude and sympathized with what she had to deal with while cleaning up somebody else's mistakes. Long story short, Amy was amazing. She made a very emotional and hard situation less difficult to go through. From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank Amy for everything she did for my sister and I.
