First, once I initiated interest in receiving A/C service, I was immediately contacted the very next business day and a work order date and time was scheduled.The technician(Quinn)arrived early and prepared to work. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. At the conclusion of the service the technician and I verified and discussed all work performed. The billing process that AQS Mechanical uses is extremely customer friendly and cost effective.I highly recommend anyone in need of routine Heating and Air service, or repairs hire AQS Mechanical. I texted for a quote on late Monday night (1130pm)as my dog had chewed through a wire on my AC unit. I got a response by Yesenia by 7am on Tuesday morning and they sent a technician by 930am same day. Its the fastest response time I've ever had by a company. Super understanding of my situation, prompt replies and great service. The technician was super polite and friendly. He did a thorough evaluation of the issue and talked to me as he worked on it. Quick worker as he was in and out in about 30 mins, however at no point did it feel rushed. I got billed and was pleasantly surprised because it was much more affordable than I ever expected. My AC is working amazingly. Im happy and I have a cool house.

She is truly a valuable asset to the company. And the team that she sent out were nothing short of amazing! Their names were Quinn and Benny, and I would like to rave just a bit about their professionalism, their expertise, and their willingness to explain the process to somebody as clueless as myself. They presented themselves as professionals, and their work was efficient and spot on. Every time I turn my cooling system on I'll think of how this company made my experience as painless as possible.
