I called Advantage Health Systems and had the pleasure of speaking with Jasmine and Julie. I tend to ask a lot of questions and can ramble a bit, but Jasmine was so kind and patient while helping me. When my questions turned more toward insurance, she transferred me to Julie, who was just as professional and sweet. She really took the time to help me understand everything.

During an extremely difficult time, our family needed help with DME and was struggling to get support. We felt like my aunt’s doctor was not doing much to assist us, and after multiple attempts to get answers, I was overwhelmed and upset because it felt like no one was helping.

I called my home health agency, and Jasmine answered. She listened without rushing me, showed genuine understanding, and immediately stepped in to help. My father was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and we used Advantage health systems for in-home hospice. The team was fantastic, kind, professional, and went above and beyond to help me during this difficult time. The nurses were so knowledgeable and shared tips to help me best care for dad. I will forever be thankful to the team and highly recommend them. They treat the patient and family so respectfully and are caring! Thank you
