The best decision you can make for your fitness goals! At ATB you always have an accountability partner guiding you. The trainers are with you every step of the way. The workouts are custom to you and your goals. In the past I've done everything from CrossFit, bootcamp, regular gyms. This gym is hands down the best!! The workouts are varied to give you a challenge along with results. ATB's facility has everything you need from weights, resistance, and machines! The trainers even guide you with nutrition to really get things dialed in! Highly recommend to anyone at any fitness level.
By far joining A Taylored Body was the best decision I have ever made! I have never been "new" to going to the gym, but here I have learned so much about working out and proper technique. You also meet new people and most people at the gym wouldn't say 2 words to ya. Not to mention I have transformed my body! Love ATB!
I've been going to this gym for a little short of 3 years (January is 3 years) and I love it so much. I've made friends that will last a lifetime as well as have such a support system here and really a second family.
