Had a leak in the ceiling, called 5 Star and within an hour Gabriel was here to fix the problem. We had a clogged pipe with the A/C. Which was spilling water onto the ceiling. Gabriel found the problem immediately and fixed the problem promptly. He explained everything that he was doing. Putting me at ease. Gabriel was very professional and knowledgeable. We will be using 5 Star again for our A/C, plumbing and heating issues. Gabriel made us a customer for life. Thank you Gabriel for making this experience not as painful as we thought it was going to be.
I would 100% recommend this company to anyone. I came home from work last Sunday night to steam coming out from under my house. First I panicked, then I cried, and then I googled plumbing companies. I’m glad this is the one I chose. Terissa answered my call and was so friendly and helpful. She sent someone out right away and even called someone from a restoration company out. I never would have even thought about that. Andy came out that night and answered all my questions the best that he could. He wasn’t able to fix it that night because of all the flooding he made sure I knew how to turn the water off for the night and sent someone out the next day. Jacob came out the next morning to get a better look and tell me my options. To my pleasant surprise they got the job done completely that same day. These guys went above and beyond to make sure my plumbing was up and running as soon as possible and I can’t Thank them enough. Terissa especially. She made sure I was ok every step of the way and helped make this situation not the complete disaster I was expecting it to be. I recommend them to everyone.
had a road rage incident today qith one of your vans. 243 heading down to Banning. I was hauling a large LQ horse trailer and was tailgates for miles. I had ZERO turnouts to use. once I saw a section where it was legal for him to pass I pulled as far to the left as possible. he didn't pass, however a peraon in a truck safely passed both of us. your employee waited and then passed on a double yellow, cut me off and slammed on his breaks. I had 2 horses in my trailer. your employee is a danger to society and needs a job that doesn't put him behind the wheel or in any situations where he can become enraged over NOTHING. I HAVE VIDEO OF THE LAST PART OF THIS INCIDENT because I was fearful for my safety and the safety of my animals. it shows me at a dead stop on a highway and your company van driving off in front of me.
