Who wouldn't love this store? I appreciate the knowledgeable staff out on the sales floor. You can build up points from purchases and stack them up to use as cash. Online coupons come in my email weekly and on the app, too

Tried asking some questions and normally the techs are helpful, this time not so much.
Not to mention after I explained why I didn't want a product another tech interrupted and tried to sell me on that product although she didn't hear me and my concerns.
Normally they are decent but this time was offputting.

Caroline was beyond helpful and so so sweet during my color match! She was patient and listened to the concerns I had when it came to makeup and gave advice when needed. Lucy also helped me with my problematic skin and suggested new goodies I can't wait to try! Definitely will go back to this location in the future
