“I came in very short notice my phone screen had broken and I’m not from the area and needed it fixed FAST. I explained to them I was short on money and he gave me some options. He mentioned my phone was also bent and said he would do his best to straighten it out without having to charge me extra. I was going to pay with card and he explained the tax would put me over the original quoted amount. He advised to withdraw some cash so I wouldn’t have to pay extra. “I found his service to be good quality, honest, and affordable. I took in an old IPhone 8 for a screen replacement and diagnostics. He could have easily sold me a bill of goods, because the phone had sat in a drawer for a year and I had no clue what all needed to be fixed, except for the screen. To the opposite, he called and let me know that his quote included a battery replacement and that I did not end up needing it, so he adjusted the price down. At just over a hundred, I was surprised his quote included the battery, and without the battery cost it felt like a steal. He got my screen replaced in about an hour, and the phone works likes new!
