I went in with a near impossible fix. My phone was hanging on by a thread and my heart was in my stomach that I may never recover certain photos of loved ones on this device.
Aimal was very patient with my phone being an absolute nightmare for him to work, but he was persistent in getting it on long enough to recover certain photos. He was very knowledgeable and helped inform me of what to do to prevent future issues like this.
Though I've definitely learned my lesson and will print or back them up from now on...you just can't put a price on those memories and he helped me, even when he looked so defeated when it was giving him trouble.
