I would 100% recommend this place to everyone. The customer service was amazing, and they were incredibly helpful during a very scary situation for us. We were far from home (TX) and dealing with truck issues, and my head was all over the place—I was genuinely scared.
From the moment we arrived, they were welcoming, honest, and respectful. Even though they couldn’t fully resolve our issue, they didn’t just turn us away. Instead, they took the time to point us in the right direction and assisted us the best they could, which truly meant so much to us.

Look i tell you what Mr Burns and the whole damn crew were amazing they were very helpful respectful and honest and have amazingly great communication went out there way to help me out im more then greatful I recommend everybody to get check by them again thank you guy for your service.

I had an airbag go bad on my motorhome while I was traveling and was referred to Burns Truck and Trailer Service. Mark and his crew got me in first thing the next morning. I was on my way again in just a few hours. Excellent service and friendly staff. I recommend them highly.
