I had Top Tread install a stairway for my second story addition in 2023. Not only did they provide the lowest bid, but they were the most professional contractor I dealt with on my large addition. Their work was flawless. Mike showed up on time and completed work promptly. Mike suggested and was willing to delay the installation of prepainted ballusters which saved me about $500 on painting and resulted in a better product. Mike from Top Tread Stairways replaced our old wooden balusters on our staircase with new iron ones and they look absolutely fantastic! He is truly an expert - very fast, but also precise. We couldn't be happier with the results!
