Went here for the first time last week. The young ladies at the front jokingly gave me a bad time about not checking in online as I walked in, but welcomed me with smiles none-the-less. They entered me into their system, as I was a first-timer to the store, then Chardonay escorted me to her chair. She developed a case of the hiccups as she covered me with a parka (or whatever the industry term is for it), but she worked her way through them like a pro. I thought about trying to "scare" the hiccups out if her, but she was holding scissors--so that probably wouldn't have been a smart thing to do. Heh! She made my experience very comfortable by asking me how I like my hair to look and executed my instructions swiftly and precisely. I was impressed with the level of professionalism in the store, completely satisfied with my cut, and I will probably return again in a few weeks. A five star experience.

My adult son has a lot of anxiety and scalp sensitivity resulting from his developmental disability. The gentle and understanding Miriam (I really hope I got your name right) left him as handsome as he as ever been, and relaxed into the bargain. This is where we'll all be going for all our coiffure needs!

You will have a great time here. The hair cutters have great personalities. They not just greet you with a smile but will stop what they are doing to get you checked in. They do except walk ins but it is okay to make an appointment on line. Just with one hair cut you will go back
