When my father passed away in 2022, we were poured over by our friends and family. The sincere and thoughtful gesture of flowers from many thoughtful people was duly noted, even amid the chaos of the time. We enjoyed these arrangements for weeks, and they added some color and beauty to an otherwise dreary time in our life.
The Flower Shoppe has AMAZING customer service! I was in a situation where I wanted to send flowers to my friend every week for the next 12 weeks. But, the day would go by and I would forget to call. They set up a reminder so that they call me!!! THEY CALL ME to make sure we are on track for the week’s delivery. It’s SO HARD to find this kind of customer service these days! Thank you Heather for working to help me find a perfect solution!!
I want to thank Eyrn for saving the day. My florist for my wedding bailed on me last minute. The wedding was in mammoth and she made my floral dreams come to life with a two week notice. I couldn’t have been happier and her and her team are absolutely incredible. I will be a customer for life. Thank you guys so much!!!!
