These are the best people on the planet. Ray and Teresa are the best. We were traveling pulling our 5th wheel and my tire pressure monitor on my truck showed my tire was losing air. When we pulled over my tire was about ready to split. He saw it and he had me follow him back to his shop where he put on 4 brand new tires for a great price. He took time out of his Sunday to help a complete stranger. If it wasn't for him we could have had a catastrophic failure on the on the highway and it could have been very bad. One tire on our trailer developed a slow leak as we were headed North on Hwy 14. I called Teresa's, gave the lady some basic info, and she was going to check if they could help me. After a few minutes RJ called me back and said we could get the tire looked at as soon as we could get there. Owen took the bad tire off and patched it after removing a drywall screw. Owen took the repair one step farther by testing the patch after inflating the tire...no leaks!The cost was great, the shop is top notch, and RJ and Owen were very professional and accommodating to us (it was well over 100F that day) with offers of cold water and an air conditioned office. Coming from San Diego CA where there is 100s of tire shops, I didn't have high expectations for a town like ridge crest to have quality shops. We pull into Teresa's with our Dually Ford f450 ( a real heavy duty truck) and noticed right off the bat- this place is CLEAN. There was a young man who came and assisted us right away. We called earlier in the day to see when we could get our tire patched on and put back on the rim and man- did this guy get it done in a timely manner. He was professional, obviously well trained, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. Even offered us cold water!
