Sadly, 2 wks ago, I spent 30mins making an appointment because my schedule, along with theirs, is limited. I called to confirm because I did not get a confirmation call 72hrs before my appointment. Unfortunately, they have all my information but the person, whose name I did not get and was supposed to get, failed to make the appointment. Then I was given all kinds of excuses ie new employee, didn't get her name... thank you for taking my efforts into consideration

I have had four separate consultations with Dr. Campano since 1999. Three to correct my deviated septum, the third to correct my deviated septum as well as have a rhinoplasty to correct the structure of my nose (it's been broken 5 - yes, 5 times). Each consultation Dr. Campano's bedside manner was off putting in one way or another, and lead me to not schedule my surgery. Due to our remote location, combined with our lack of options, I always returned in the hopes that she had changed, or improved her manner. She hasn't. If anything, she has become worse. It appears she now focuses on plastic surgery and injections (botox and the like), and septoplasties now seem to beneath her liking. She has a condescending manner, my 4th visit was indeed my last. I went to Loma Linda to Otolaryngologist and scheduled both surgeries with a qualified surgeon with a wonderful bedside manner. Campano continues to perpetuate the negative stereotype of Ridgecrest medicine. It's too bad.
