Trash. Given a 2 year no leak warranty when I bought my house a year ago. Now the plaster is coming off the ceiling from a leak and I've been trying to get ahold of someone for 6 months. No one answers the phone and you can't leave a voicemail because the mail box is full. Called the realtor and they suggested pursuing legal action.

Quick estimate before the job began. Roof Tech installed Timberline 50-year shingles in 2012. Now it's 8 years later, May, 2020 and the quality work they did is really showing. The roof is still beautiful which attests to their superior installation. Absolutely no problem with the job quality and Roof Tech was easy to deal with.

Roof Tech was contracted by the seller or seller's agent in 2016 to issue a roof certification as a purchase condition by the buyers. There was a code violation regarding the swamp cooler regarding excessive sealant on the legs. This was not identified but rather to add more sealant. In 2018 a water leak went down the leg and entered the lower bedroom. One the sealant was removed from the legs the rusted legs were so bad they could not support the unit. Also exposed were three layers of roofing. The third layers is a coded violation. Additionally, the roof structure is not build to support a third layer.
