I highly recommend Nicole! I had so much abdominal and pelvic discomfort and pain before I went to see her, sometimes it was hard to bear. I thought it was stemmed from my three cesareans and put it off for a bit, (I wish I had gone sooner!) but everything she taught me has helped me tremendously. I will definitely go back to Nicole if I ever need help for anything pelvic floor again or any other physical therapy. She was very comfortable to meet with and she has great bedside manner. AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! I had 3 appointments with her and honestly my life has been changed for the better! In each appointment I learned a lot of valuable exercises and practices to help my situation. She is very thorough and sends information to email and prints out the info for you to take with you! You never feel alone in the process with her she is easy to reach out to if you need help or reassurance! Only downfall is I wish I saw her sooner because I wouldn’t have been in pain for so long.
