These guys saved us big time. We had someone from another company come out for an emergency call and he said we needed a part that could have been $3K…. Michael’s Certified Air, sent us Ricky from heaven. Rick checked one part, replaced it and our AC was back to normal. The part was only $30 and still covered under warranty. The first guy swore up and down that our warranty had expired. He claimed to be an expert on AC warranties. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR SAVING US RICKY!!!!!! Michael’s Certified Air offers exceptional service. I called over the weekend and left a message on their voicemail. Amber called first thing Monday morning and had a technician at my house within two hours to service our cooler. The technician was courteous and considerate and made sure everything was in proper working order. It can't get much better than that! Thank you for being consistent!
Michael's Certified Air has done a fantastic job on the installation and ongoing maintenance of our Mitsubishi ductless HVAC system -- six indoor "mini-split" units and five outdoor compressors. Could not be happier with the finished system. All employees have been pleasant to deal with, and we feel we received the highest quality systems and workmanship at a fair price.
