This was an extensive renovation to make the home handicapped accessible. Additional square footage was added to the home to add a master bathroom and enlarge the master bedroom, spare bathroom and kitchen. All upgrades to meet current bldg. regulations were done to include new windows, electrical, plumbing, and insulation throughout the house. New A/C & heating unit was installed. Solar was installed. The craftsmenship on the install of the flooring, cabinets and trim are outstanding. The stucco was patched around the windows & doors and the exterior was painted. JCJ Chavez did a major remodel of our master bedroom and bath. Work involved electrical rerouting, plumbing, sheetrocking, painting, tiling, stuccoing and finish carpentry. Their work was professional and of the highest quality. I would highly recommend.
