They were very considerate and compassionate during a difficult time. They were very professional, courteous and accommodating to me and my family. They made the whole process smooth and easy, very grateful to them for everything.
Where do I start...Her name is Mrs Darolyn Fox:)...The passing of my husband on July 28th was devastating and I had a hard time with it...This Jewel didn't no me, but she talked to me with such calmness & She act like we been knowing each other for years:)...Lady Fox was so gentle to my feelings & treated me & my mom with compassion & professional...I was having a break down while signing papers, but again, this Jewel with this beautiful deep voice made me laugh & she just showed her love to me & mom.. The world need more Darrlyn Fox's, especially at funeral homes...MRS FOX IS THE BUM.CUM....LOVE HER
I would like to proudly give Wilson & Kratzer Mortuary 10 stars of excellence if I could.I had a devastating and unexpected loss of my 30 year old son.I contacted the mortuary and met with Darolyn Fox/Funeral Director to start the process & arrangements.It was the most painful day in my life yet Darolyn Fox was so comforting,helpful,reassuring and just a blessing.Her professionalism,compassion and overall concern for my needs was surely what I needed.No matter how emotional I was with the loss of my child Darolyn repeatedly told me NOT to worry about anything.Not only did she keep her promise,the process was done in a way where I felt like she was my family due... read full review
