I called William Cruz Plumbing based on a recommendation from the manufacturer of our water heater (Takagi) after it stopped working and left us without hot water on 12/23. William took the time to thoroughly explain all the possible issues, provided a realistic estimate for repairs, and even gave us an idea of the costs involved if replacement became necessary all over the phone. When he came out, it turned out the issue was a simple fix, and we were only charged for the service visit. Our water heater decided to start leaking so, as we've been doing for almost 20 years, we called William. He's our plumber of choice and should be yours, as well. He's fairly priced, prompt to respond and gives detailed explanations for what you need. We highly recommend William and his team!

I wish more business place operated this way. William picked up the phone himself, gave me an appointment the next day and arrived on time. He fixed our washer and was happy to explain what he was doing and why. He willingly answered some questions about other plus issues in our house. I would definitely use him again.
