Starting with the storms of 2022 and 2023 I began to experience water seepage into my lower bedroom and bathroom making the rooms unusable. Of the contractors I approached, Ward Construction offered the best solution. The work was started quite promptly and completed very efficiently. The crew were a pleasure to work with. I had Ward Construction remove and replace a failing retaining wall (6 foot exposure by 45 ft long) several years ago. Ward created the new design, drafted blueprints, arranged for the county permits and inspections, provided million dollar proof of insurance to East Bay Regional parks (we share a boundary with EBRPD) and managed all aspects of the project and sub-contractors. Over the years I've had numerous construction and renovation projects completed on several homes by various contractors.
