The foundation to our house was shallow, resulting in sagging floors on the East side of our house on Hillegass Ave in Berkeley. Based on drawings from our structural engineer (Monte Stott, also highly recommended), they dug out the old foundation, dug several feet deeper and repoured a new foundation, and set the house back down. No cracking walls, or any other damage to the house. We were extremely pleased with the diligence of Ward's workers, they were extremely neat, and bent over backwards to accomodate our concerns.
