Sung Choe

Sung Choe, also known as Kaiser, is a hospital that provides medical care for its patients. The hospital is praised for its cleanliness and bright atmosphere. The reviewer mentioned being amazed by the care their mother received during a surgery and recovery, highlighting the professionalism and kindness of the nurses and doctors, specifically Dr. Baggs, Elgie, Adesua, Lorraine, Myisha, and the injection specialist.

Another reviewer had a mix of experiences, with some appointments going well and others not so much. They noted that the hospital is closer to their husband's job and that the doctors seem caring. However, they also shared a personal experience where their mother was neglected until she was critically ill.

The third reviewer had a two-day stay at the hospital and pointed out some areas for improvement. They mentioned long lines at the pharmacy, a need for more wheelchair-accessible exam rooms and high chairs for elderly patients, and a lack of hydration stations. Despite these issues, they appreciated the good snacks in the cafeteria, the efficiently run flu and Covid vaccine clinic, and the kind staff who helped them skip the line due to their mother's wheelchair.

In summary, Sung Choe is a hospital with caring doctors and professional staff, but there are areas where it can improve, particularly in accessibility and convenience for elderly patients.
