Salon is a little outdated decor wise. Every time I went there were far too many ppl there. Most customers seem like close friends or family trying to squeeze in. Don’t go on walk-in days. As a new customer you feel rushed and not prioritized. My appointments were with Precious but 80% of my hair was done by someone else. Overall, Precious has great energy.

She is awesome. She has been doing my hair for about 12 years. My hair always looks good and she will tell you if she doesn't think a style will work on you. I will tell you this, plan on being there all day. Her shop is not a quick in and out. But I promise you will leave looking like a million bucks and have both men and women checking you.

I got a lot of runaround about where and when to purchase hair and on top of that the employees who works for the owner are extremely rude as if they hate their job. The owner Precious is an amazing hair stylist and friendly but I think she could do better with hiring better staff who loves to help people and who loves to do hair. There was also a time where she over booked. My appointment was at 4PM and I didn’t leave the shop till 12am while she let others she know go before me I’ve never really had a good experience with the shop other than the hair bundles ??‍♀️
