I used Peter Sarkis to notarize documents for a foreign transaction. I found him to be accommodating (same day) pleasant, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Nice office, conveniently located with plenty of parking. Couldn't ask for better.

I contacted Sarkis Tax and Accounting on Thursday 09/15/2022. They were moving offices, so I scheduled an appointment for Monday 09/19/2022 at 12:30pm. I arrived five minutes early but Peter Sarkis was still busy with a previous appointment. I offered to get lunch instead of waiting. When I returned, Peter was still busy with ADT for an alarm install. I was able to squeeze in at 2:15pm and stood my ground as my initial appointment was at 12:30pm. I was impressed on how knowledgeable Peter was on taxes and getting to know him eventually turned the experience into a pleasant one in the end.
