When I walk in they acknowledge me and greet me. Made me feel welcome and are very friendly and professional. Would go back just from the customer service alone, but they also provide great quality haircuts as well and ask a lot of great questions to make sure you get the right one for you

The barbers here are very professional and are both masters of their craft, their services are top tier and both are punctual when it comes to the time you set your appointment at, I recommend any one in the Richmond and surrounding areas to book an appointment with either barber and experience it yourself.
