I ran into Pam in a parking lot and figured she was just what I needed to clean out two wasp nests that were terrorizing my gardener. She responded quickly and came the same afternoon. Pam kept in contact and followed up today to be sure that the treatment worked. Excellent service and efficient and expert performance.

I was being paranoid and caused me anxiety when after all these years, we saw a mouse in our house for the first time! I googled and found John offering pest control services in Richmond. Very seldom nowadays to find people that are honest and as professional as John was. He came by past his working hours and checked our home. He told me where to check and to seal all possible openings. Was so grateful we found him!
