It was a great experience working with Hernandez Party Rental. They answered text promptly, followed up, communicated the night before, showed up on time for setup and cleanup. Nothing more I can ask for.

Very happy with our experience! The person I communicated with from Hernandez rental was responsive and helpful. I had to make some changes after my original request and it was easy. All communications were done over text. We had a small glitch when I confirmed my order a week before the party, but it was resolved.We rented several games (pop a shot, foosball, cornhole etc.), tables, and chairs for a 100 person party in Marin County. Everything was delivered and picked up when we expected and arrived clean and in good shape. The kids especially loved the axe throwing and the cotton candy machine.I didn't like that the delivery person was smoking (I didn't want to start smelling of smoke) and could have asked him to put it out but I didn't. If this is a concern, maybe you can ask in advance so its not an issue.
