I'm in to take my pre employment drug test. First they open at 8am. I got here at 9. Still waited almost 20 minutes for anyone to open the window. Whatever. I'm filling out paperwork, and have a quick question. Chick has food in her hand. Still, whatever. Then this girl, in the middle of me asking her the question, starts texting. Holding food in one hand and texting with the other. Takes another 45 seconds. "Oh, I'm sorry, what was the question?" Wtf you're at work with a patient. Get the hell off your phone! They got me out quickly, that's the only reason I gave 2 stars. Seriously, though... how unprofessional can you get?! Management needs new employees or maybe some discipline for lazy ass people. Get your act together, woman!!!

I had an appointment today and I was scared for the bads reviews that I read in Yelp. Being honest, the building is not amazing and the office doesn't look really normal, but the service was really good. The receptionist is a young girl who is really nice, and the nurse who attended me was so polite.
