I had a new dryer installed and the power on it didnt work. With two small kids we needed to make sure this was debugged / dealt with quickly. Jeff didnt have time to drop in but he walked me through a few diagnostics over the phone and assured me that it wasnt the home wiring , but rather the dryer that was at fault. He was patient, kind and super helpful over the phone. I dont look forward to more electrical issues, but if they come up, I will be calling Jeff first.

I had a circuit breaker that kept tripping. I called Jeff and he first walked me through several actions to make sure I really needed an electrician. Well, I really needed an electrician. He was here within a couple of hours, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Jeff showed up with a mask and made sure we were always socially distant from each other. I would definitely recommend him and his work.
