These guys run a top shelf operation. They kept me informed throughout the entire process. After they got the permitting from Castro Valley they scheduled to do the work the following week. They were able to re-route all the plumbing under our house and run a new sewer lateral to the middle of the street. They completed all work and cleaned up and re-paved everything in two days. There team works together like a swiss watch. I wouldn't go with any other plumber.

I can highly recommend Better Rooter. Absolutely responsive from the first call, on time, pricing very fair and its clear their team has worked together for a long time. Seamless coordination, great communication, and you know they are experts at what they do. I had to do a trenchless sewer lateral- not easy to get permits with the City of Oakland making it difficult to issue permits due to hack. Better Rooter persevered, coordinated all the various departments and agencies. Their team came on time, and worked so hard to get it done quickly. My neighbors were asking me later - who was that company with such hard workers. Mind you this was in one of the huge rainstorms.... read full review
