Service was great, ladies were super friendly. The one who did my nails was great but she nicked my cuticle with the filing machine. It hurt in the moment and then stopped, until the next day. I got my nails done a week ago and it still kinda hurts. Also the moment I got home, the edges around my cuticles were getting caught in my hair. Like it wasn't a part of my nail, when the acrylic should act as if it was the nail. I've never had an issue anywhere else. Also where she did the tip, you can see my actual nail. In the photo, you can see the edge at the top and you can see my actual nail.

A1 Nails is an EXCELLENT full-service nail salon. I have been a customer for over 10 years. I get manicures, pedicures, eyelashes, and refills for my acrylic nails. I have also gotten facials and massages. I have ALWAYS gotten great customer service when I come to A1 Nails, and the prices are reasonable.. The salon is clean and is maintained in a manner that satisfies all city, county, and state Covid requirements. Holly, Salli, Lilly, and Hannah are wonderful. They all do an excellent job!! I highly recommend that you come to A1 Nails! You will love it!! - Trish

Ask for Holly. She will not disappoint at all. The only nail Tech/Salon I go to in Richmond. Holly is your girl. She is a perfectionist. I got a new set (coffin shaped) with gel manicure for Christmas. I will be booking her every 2 weeks from now on. The prices are the best I seen in a while.
