I thought I had a torn rotator cuff but Barry helped me with his stretching and shoulder mobility techniques and videos which are also on his youtube page and my shoulder is back to 100%.Whether you want to shed some weight and tone up or put on muscle mass, I would highly recommend this trainer.“
