From the moment I called into the office till the time I paid for services the beautiful, amazing, caring, kind, and professional receptionists were so AMAZING!!! They listened to all of my concerns about my Jackson, and treated us like we were family. Shout out to Erick, Tiffany, Darlene,Yesenia, Genevieve, and Jisel... I can't say enough about you all. My cat was wasn't peeing or eating, i took him here for the first time and i do not regret it at all. Not only is my baby doing 10000x better but the doctor, vet assistants, and all of the staff are incredibly sweet. They truly care about their patients and I can't express how thankful I am for them.
I can't emphasize enough how exceptional the vets and staff at RAH are. From the very beginning, they've shown unwavering professionalism and an incredible love for my pets. Despite their busy schedule, the front desk staff always take a moment to warmly greet both me and my dogs, and I absolutely adore their positive energy which has made a significant difference in how calm and happy our dogs are during visits. Their thoughtful gestures, like baking cookies for clients, make us feel truly valued and respected.
