Not the greatest at customer service … pulling on your hand rough , cutting you, talking about you in their own language , and not caring about what YOU want as a customer . It’s about ME!! I’m paying for service it’s not about what you the nail tech wants to put on my hand … it wasn’t even a suggestion more like” why do you want that ????” Like really ? They do a decent job I can tell you that although I feel like I over paid .

As only my second time going to get acrylics, the lady who did mine did an awesome job! The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. They played music and I was just watching the music videos so time went by fast. The only complaint is after we left my mom pointed out the gaps between the acrylic and the base of my nail that I hadn't seen before. Other than that it was good.
