I reached out to have my carpet cleaned by this company and they were very nice which made it hard to write this review. However, I needed him to clean my carpet not be my bff. It was suppose to be cleaned by this company Saturday and they came out and did a terrible job! I am going to have to reach out to another company to have my carpet cleaned this week. I reached to this company because I was looking for a quick dry and today is Monday. Not only did he not clean my carpet but it is still wet. Also, my carpet has a foul odor of dirty water because he did not change the water after cleaning each room. By the way he did knock $40 off the dirty floor he didn’t clean...read full review
