They provide excellent customer service and handle clothing professionally. The staff, including Diana and Noah, are extremely friendly and helpful, explaining specials in detail to ensure customers get the best deals. Their prices are very fair and affordable compared to other dry cleaners, with a great 10 items for $34.99 special. Customers are impressed that every item comes out nice. The service is prompt, super professional, and the fastest way to get needs taken care of. The clothes are ready when promised. One customer noted the cleaners helped keep a police academy uniform sharp for inspection. The service is excellent, friendly, and highly recommended.

I have been going to this location for fourteen years. It has always offered low prices and reasonable service. Now, however, the customer service is exceptional. The new owner is much more customer-service oriented than the old owner(s) appeared to be, and it shows in the person who he hired to work the majority of the hours there. Diana always greets me by name and with a smile. She has accepted alterations that past customer service employees didn't accept because they were going to be too difficult, and she even redid them at no charge when the tailor did a reasonable job but the pants still didn't fit me right. This is one of the friendliest cleaners that I have ever found. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient.. they also do an excellent job in dry cleaning accompanied by great prices you cannot ask for more
