About The Discovery House
The Discovery House is an incredible place to rehabilitate mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically. It is a great environment to begin the journey to sobriety, offering a supportive and great detox process to recollect yourself. The staff are extremely nice, helpful, supportive, and genuine, coming with a ton of experience. They are great at checking in, very patient, and tuned in to each individual's needs, providing attentive care through the detox and recovery. The facility is clean, well-organized, very sanitary, and well-organized with daily groups. The food is amazing, exquisite, and great, with three well-balanced meals daily, catering to allergies or diet restrictions. People in treatment are also super awesome, nice, and helpful. The level of care and education provided gives individuals the tools and confidence to live a sober and healthy lifestyle. It is a highly recommended place for anyone looking to get sober and fight addiction, offering a really great and all-around great place for recovery.
I’d say the discovery house helped me out a ton when I needed it the most. I was living on the street while fighting alcoholism and looking for a place to heal. The staff were always supportive and great at checking in on you too see how they can help. The detox is a great way to recollect yourself, especially if you’ve had a rough time in the recent past. I would not recommend rehab to just anyone, but for some it may save a life.
Being that this is my first time in detox I wasn’t sure what to expect and naturally there is anxiety with being in a new environment. However, the staff are extremely nice and helpful and they come with a ton of experience as they have also gone through sobriety so its very comforting. The people in treatment are also super awesome, nice and helpful. It’s a really great environment if you want to begin your journey to sobriety. Good luck!!!
I can't say enough about the staff and the facility. The staff was super helpful in nursing me back on the road to my recovery. When I arrived, I was not in good health and the entire staff was very patient with me and my progress. With their help I was able to get back on my feet and I was eating, sleeping and restabilizing myself so I could get back to being sober and living a healthy lifestyle. The counselors, administrators and support staff all understood where I was coming from and with their knowledge and a little bit of willingness I was back physically and mentally within a short time.
