We couldn’t be happier with the results on our hardwood floors. We needed repairs and they blended in perfectly. The 60+ year old floors look brand new. You can tell Santos takes pride in his work. He and his wife were great to work with.
Santos was so wonderful. He really took his time to make sure everything was perfect, and our wood floors look beautiful! He had to do some repairs for us where we had some damage, then we had him and sand refinish everything. It just looks beautiful! Won't call anyone else next time we need anything done to our floors
Had a great experience with Santos...and Open Book Hardwood Floors. Santos is very knowledgeable and professional. We own a craftsman style older home in Pasadena...and the floors were in a very sorry state...they have never been worked on before and Santos restored them to look practically new...Wow. We had done most of the restoration ourselves of the house and were planing to do the floors ourselves...but we are so glad that we chose to have Santos do it for us...not only does he have a good work ethic...but he was more than helpful in giving his professional expertise in helping you to take care of your floors afterwards...
